General Terms & Conditions (GTC)
for our open seminars:
Seminar Bookings
Registrations will principally be accepted in the order they are received. After receipt of your booking either by E-mail, post or fax, you will receive written confirmation from us, as long as vacant seminar places are available. Should your requested seminar be booked out, we would gladly inform you of further dates.
Seminar Fees
After the registration, you will receive a registration confirmation and the invoice. The costs quoted in the registration confirmation apply, whether in email form or in the current published materials, and/or in a mutual agreement. The attendance fee is of course per participant plus the legal value added tax, and includes all seminar materials as well as cold and warm beverages during the breaks. The invoice shall be settled in full, without any deductions, one week prior to the start of the seminar.
Number of Participants
In order to ensure that our quality standards are met, the number of participants per seminar is limited to 12. Likewise, the execution of our seminars depends on having a minimum of 3 participants. If this minimum is not met, then we would unfortunately have to cancel the seminar. Should this happen, we would inform you in a timely manner either by E-mail or telephone. The registered participants, as well as the company giving the order, waiver all claims regarding reimbursement of expenses or compensation for an eventual cancelled seminar.
Cancellations
The cancellation of a seminar is free of charge up to four weeks prior to the commencement of the activity.
The following costs will be incurred for cancellations at a later timeframe:
- up to 14 days prior to the commencement of the seminar – 50% of the agreed fee
- under 14 days, 100% of the agreed fee
You have the possibility to the send a substitute at no extra charge.
Alteration Rights
As a rule, the training will take place under the confirmed framework conditions. We must however have the right, in exceptional cases, to send another trainer as a substitute, for example due to the illness of the trainer, and/or to move a seminar to an alternate date, and/or to cancel and reimburse for an already paid for seminar if no alternate date can be found. Consequently, no further demands can be made against the Gartner-Steffen Personalentwicklung.

All of the training materials handed out during our seminars are copy-righted and may not – not even partially – be copied or used commercially without the prior permission of the Gartner-Steffen Personalentwicklung.
Data Privacy
With your registration to one of our seminars, you declare, you are in agreement that your contact details will be stored with us.
All participants’ personal details will of course be handled confidentially. The records will not be shared with third parties. |
