DESCRIPTION:A two-day seminar for assistants\nPsychology in the Secretariat\nGoals\nDo you come into contact with many colleagues\, customers and managers day in\, day out and are at the mercy of misunderstandings and conflicts that are not always easy to resolve? Do you need the right “tact and sensitivity” when communicating? Then take the chance and sharpen your knowledge of human nature to be able to face these situations with more confidence. In this two-day seminar you will receive the tools for this. You will learn how to quickly and correctly assess your interlocutors and develop procedures/learn about behavioral variants that will enable you to make your communication and conflict situations in business more goal- and solution-oriented. In order to be able to act in such critical situations\, you need the ability to reflect on your own behaviour\, which is trained by recognising and checking your own patterns of perception. \nContent\n\nWhat is knowledge of human nature? What do we need it for?\nSuccess with emotional intelligence\n– motivating factors\n– meeting at eye level\n– self-perception and external perception\nEffective communication\n– prevent misunderstandings\n– the importance of body language\n– the first impression\nMeeting conflicts in a solution-oriented and confident manner\nGetting to know different personality types and learning to deal with them in an appreciative way\n\nMethodology\nThe practical work and the exchange of experiences among each other are the main focus of the seminar. By working on topics in small groups\, by means of exercises and checklists\, the participants have the opportunity to check their own behaviour and thus increase their personal impact. New positive attitudes offer alternatives for behaviour and action and give – even in difficult situations – security and self-confidence.
