DESCRIPTION:Resilience training – consciously to inner strength\nThe term “resilience” refers to the strength learned in the course of life to not let oneself be beaten down despite adverse circumstances and\, if necessary\, to resist. \nResilient people are able to survive even the most adverse situations unscathed\, to cope with setbacks\, and even to emerge stronger from failure. \nn colloquial language such people are called “survival artists”\, “stand-up men” or “lucky children”. How much of that is in you? \nIn today’s VUCA world\, which is characterised by fast pace\, horror stories and not least by corona\, circumstances that were once believed to be certain are being turned upside down\, families have to find themselves anew due to job losses and changes in the organisation of life\, and more and more people have to struggle with insecurity and setbacks. They easily reach their limits. The art is to not give up anyway. Easier said than done – and this is exactly where this seminar starts. \nGoals\nIn this seminar / training you will learn to use your resources more\, to strengthen your natural resistance to stressful situations and even to derive personal benefit from those situations. \nThere are no patent remedies\, what helps and what does not help each individual\, everyone has to find out for himself. Both stress moments and antidotes are individually different. With your trainer you will develop personal strategies for stress and burn-out prevention and learn to deal constructively with change. \nContent\n\nAnalysis of the initial situation – how do I currently deal with stress and pressure? When do I feel reactive and as a plaything?\nHow can I increase my tolerance for disturbances and stress?\nHow can I live my mindfulness in the here and now more consciously?\nActivate the inner forces; create more stable self-esteem\nLearning to recognize and live your own values\nAccept unsatisfactory situation and look for possible solutions\nNot perceiving crises as insoluble problems\nSee my abilities within my own scope of action and use them proactively\n\nMethodology\nPresentation\, suggestions\, group exercises\, moderated field reports\, practice-proven exercises\, individual work\, practical cases\, discussions\, live coaching \nSeminar costs\nThe participation fee for this 2-day seminar includes seminar documents\, hot/cold drinks during breaks and business lunch and amounts to 850 Euro/participant plus VAT. \nNote on hygiene\nAll our events are carried out with the necessary safety precautions for hygiene\, which are based on the rules and recommendations of the Federal Centre for Health Education. \nIn concrete terms\, this means for our seminars: \n\nThe maximum number of participants is reduced to 6 persons.
