SUMMARY:Self Organization 4.0 - Agile Time Management
DESCRIPTION:Self Organization 4.0 – Agile Time Management\nHome Office\, Coworking Space or the classic working method in the office – all these work systems are part of the working world 4.0. Behind New Work is a new way of working\, which is characterised by independence\, freedom and trust within and beyond the boundaries of a work team. An essential element of the associated agility is the empowerment of the team to self-organized work. But is everyone in a position to act (self-)organized despite all the “agility”? Are the personal and common prerequisites in the team given to keep up adequately with the temporal and organizational process? \nIn order to take decisions\, tasks and responsibilities at eye level\, basic knowledge and skills of self and time management are required. Only through this foundation is it possible to go off the beaten track\, i.e. to work creatively\, self-determined and simply agile. \nWhether you are a Scrum team\, a sales representative or a part-time employee in the working world 4.0 – learn in this seminar on the one hand the basics of self and time management and on the other hand how these principles can be transferred to the increasingly agile processes in your working world. \nContent\n\nPlanning projects and tasks\nSetting and heading for the goal\nPrinciple of visualization – by hand or digital\nalso in an agile context: recognize effectiveness and efficiency and act accordingly\nTools for\n– Priority setting\n– Avoidance of interruptions and multi tasking\n– Self-motivation\nLife Hacking and dynamic time management\nteam voting\nDealing with faults and time losses\nDocumentation under control\nrealistically assess your own performance\n\nIn this workshop the participants have the chance to get to know methods\, tools and possibilities for self-organisation. They are given the opportunity to reflect on their own (work) behaviour and become aware of their own effectiveness. In the process\, manageable tools will be presented and possibilities will be worked out how a functioning self-management can look like for each individual. The practical work and the situation of the participants are the focus of the workshop. \nMethodology\nThrough \n\nChecklists\,\nAnalysis tools\,\,\nSmall group work\,\nLearning experiments and exercises\,\nmoderated discussions\,\nBest practice sharing: Collegial advice and support\,\nPresentation of theories\, tools and explanatory models along the practical situations\n\nthe participants will get to know efficient instruments and methods as well as their effects on their own and their colleagues’ performance and motivation.
