Time Management 4.0
Home Office, Coworking Space or the classic working method in the office – all these work systems are part of the working world 4.0. Behind New Work is a new way of working, which is characterised by independence, freedom and trust within and beyond the boundaries of a work team. An essential element of the associated agility is the empowerment of the team to self-organized work. But is everyone in a position to act (self-)organized despite all the “agility”? Are the personal and common prerequisites in the team given to keep up adequately with the temporal and organizational process?
In order to take decisions, tasks and responsibilities at eye level, basic knowledge and skills of self and time management are required. Only through this foundation is it possible to go off the beaten track, i.e. to work creatively, self-determined and simply agile.
Whether you are a Scrum team, a sales representative or a part-time employee in the working world 4.0 – learn in this seminar on the one hand the basics of self and time management and on the other hand how these principles can be transferred to the increasingly agile processes in your working world.
