Trainer, Coach, Mediator

Norman Radtke is a longstanding member of the Gartner-Steffen Training and Development Team and took on the responsibility of the training business in the summer of 2017.

He gathered diverse training experiences working as a trainer and instructor in an international and renowned high street bank.

His duties included running seminars and training sessions on sales and communications as well as being lead officer on management and project planning games. In addition he worked as a behavior-training consultant and in assessment centres for leadership skills.

In addition to his leadership experience as a full-time instructor, he is also skilled in staff and graduate recruitment and in staff development.

After qualifying as a bank clerk and whilst studying banking at the bank academy in Frankfurt/Main he qualified as a trainer for industrial apprenticeship (AEVO). He rounded off his qualifications by studying industrial and organizational psychology.

Norman Radtke is a member of the Academy for Neuroscientific Educational Management, studied organisational mapping, completed a program in integrated solution-focused psychology (ILP) and holds a certificate as certified ILP-Coach.

The main emphasis of his work is leadership development and the support of company instructors.

Moreover, he supports teambuilding and -development processes, facilitates conflict moderations and trains employees in the areas of professional rhetoric, pertaining to concerning their time-, stress- and self-management.
