Life Hacks for everyday office life

A two-day seminar for employees of all levels and areas who want to organize their office workstation more efficiently.

Optimal office organisation means that you can access documents quickly, have an overview of your tasks and priorities, find your files with secure access and streamline your work process. This includes successful e-mail management, clear coordination with your boss and colleagues and, last but not least, a working environment in which you feel comfortable.

In this seminar you will receive many practical tips for modern office management. With the many new suggestions and ideas, you will be even more effective and will work together with others in an even more structured way.

Methodology

The practical work is the main focus of this seminar. Using exercises, checklists and in moderated exchanges of experience, the participants will review their own work situation and the organisation of their own office workplace in order to develop ideas for improvement.

In the run-up to and in preparation for the seminar, the participants will receive a script with in-depth text to help them get in the mood for the seminar.

Seminar costs

The participation fee for this 2-day seminar includes seminar documents, cold/warm drinks during breaks and business lunch and amounts to 850 Euro/participant plus VAT.

OPTIONAL: Transfercoaching

The participants of this seminar have the possibility to arrange 2 hours of individual transfer coaching to increase their learning and implementation success for the time after the seminar.

The package price is 1.150 Euro plus VAT and includes the seminar and the transfer coaching.
